With original hardwood floors, large cedar beams and historic brick walls, our calming, zen-like studio provides one of the most unique and inviting yoga environments in Vancouver and invites students to tune out the distractions and stresses of everyday life.

At Form Body Lab, we believe in offering a personal experience and individual attention from our instructors. This is why our emphasis is on one-on-one and duet yoga sessions to ensure your practice is grounded with proper technique. Group yoga classes, when offered, will also be limited to 15 students per class.
