Meet Amanda, a passionate and dedicated Pilates instructor and fitness professional on a mission to inspire and empower individuals on their fitness journey. With a belief that movement is for everyone and everybody, Amanda brings a unique and inclusive approach to health and wellness.
On top of completing her Pilates training with Balanced Body, she is a certified expert in indoor cycling, group fitness, personal training, and is a PRENATAL Prenatal + Postpartum Specialist.
Amanda has honed her skills to create a transformative movement experience, deeply rooted in the art and science of the Pilates practice. Amanda’s movement style in three words: Inclusive, Empowering, Thoughtful.
