Creamy Spring Green Strawberry Smoothie
- 6-8 large frozen or fresh berries, cut into 1-2 inch pieces and tops removed
- 1 handful spinach or kale
- ½ avocado
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
