Join Jessica for this 6 week Pre & Post Natal Pilates course on the Equipment. The focus will be on the Pelvic Floor and Transverse Abdominal (deep core) strength and control to help rehab or ‘pre-hab’ your pregnancy. This course will incorporate Pilates, Restorative Pilates, Pfilates and stretching and will incorporate Chair, Reformer and Mat Work.

The goal is to give you the tools you need to continue strengthening at home on your own to either rehabilitate your postnatal body so you can enjoy being a new mom the the fullest, or to prepare your pelvic floor and abdominals for labour. This is also a great way to introduce yourself to group classes and the Pilates Method if you are new to Pilates.

This course is progressive meaning you will build upon each week. Attendance to all classes is recommended when possible. The course will be only open to 4 participants.

Safety is our number one concern. Please check with your health provider prior to exercising and registration. You will be required to sign a Pregnancy Par Q prior to participating in this course if you are pregnant.
