Mary Cadogan graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University College Dublin in 2010. Mary is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia and has worked both in Canada and Ireland for the past 8 years since graduation. Mary works in both private and public practice and utilizes her skills and experience to bring the best evidence-based treatment and education to her clients in both areas.
Mary has used her Pilates based rehab skills for many of her clients in order to improve stability, balance, postural awareness and to facilitate return of normal movement patterns to optimize function. Mary also has an interest in Neurology and combines the practical application of her skills learned in this speciality to assist with retraining alignment and muscle function with her clients.
Mary has completed her Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute and has been using this framework with her clients to assist with their rehab goals. Mary has also fulfilled courses in Bobath concept, Myofasical Trigger Point therapy and is pursuing a course in IMS dry needling.
