ReFORM | FOUND
Pilates is a system of movement built on a foundation. This is it.
FOUND is where you learn to move well — and where everything else begins. At FORM, we’ve made a deliberate choice: to teach the principles, honour the method, and trust the process. Clarity over noise. Progression over performance.
In FOUND, you’ll build the framework that makes Pilates transformative — neutral spine, pelvic floor connection, precise core activation, releasing tension patterns that limit you, and recruiting the right muscles at the right time. Every instructor teaches this class from the same curated repertoire, with intention. That consistency is deliberate. It’s how you truly learn.
We require 2 FOUND classes before moving forward because technique matters. When you understand the why and the how behind your movement, you stop exercising and start building lasting strength and resilience.

ReFORM | FORM
This is where things start to move — and move well.
FORM builds on the foundation you learned in FOUND, now applied to more dynamic, layered sequencing — expanding the repertoire while demanding greater precision and endurance.
You’re still refining the fundamentals, but the work progresses. With it, so do you.
This is purposeful, intelligent training — designed to change not just how you move in class, but how you move through your life.
FORM is a required step before progressing to FLOW or MIX. We ask that you complete 2 FORM classes before advancing, unless invited by an instructor.

ReFORM | FLOW
This is where everything comes together.
FLOW builds on the strength and precision developed in FOUND and FORM — where control, endurance, and coordination are challenged to move as one.
The work builds with intention — layering tempo and complexity to demand both strength and precision.
Expect sustained effort, advanced sequencing, and movement that requires focus and full-body integration.
FLOW is where strength becomes fluid.
We require 2 FORM classes before progressing to FLOW, unless invited by an instructor.

ReFORM | ADVANCE
NOTE: Advanced – 50 mins – requires pre approval and is not available on Class Pass
For those who are ready to advance their practice – this advanced class is inspired by the classics, using a contemporary approach to tackle the most demanding exercises of the Pilates repertoire. Expect to spend more time in exercises that challenge you to support yourself on your wrists, to spend time in unstable standing positions, and to move you in ways that may even turn you upside down.
Please note – this class is for experienced Pilates clients only and is not suitable for prenatal clients or anyone with injuries. We require 30 classes before progressing into ADVANCED, or instructor invitation if you’re ready sooner.

ReFORM | MIX
ReFORM | MIX
Same level. Different lens.
MIX sits alongside FLOW in our progression — where the strength, control, and technical foundation remain the same, but the sequencing is shaped by the instructor’s approach.
While FLOW follows a structured path, MIX allows for thoughtful variation. Instructors draw from the full reformer repertoire to design a dynamic, intentional session — challenging stability, building endurance, and expanding your capacity.
The standard doesn’t change. The experience does.
MIX is open to clients who have completed 2 FORM classes, or by instructor invitation.
