Located in the heart of Yaletown, our Scandinavian inspired studio features three Pilates and yoga studios with brand new, state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, three private treatment rooms for physiotherapy and massage therapy, change rooms, and a relaxing lounge area.
We believe that atmosphere has a direct impact on the rehabilitation process which is why FORM’s new studio on Mainland Street has been purposefully designed in a minimalistic, scandinavian inspired way that reduces distractions, encourages relaxation and offers privacy for those more delicate inward focused moments.
