Our Studio

Located in the heart of Yaletown, our fully equipped, bright and spacious VANCOUVER PILATES studio features a mat work practice room for Pilates and yoga classes, brand new, state-of-the-art PILATES REFORMER equipment studio, two private treatment rooms for physiotherapy and massage therapy, change rooms, and a relaxing lounge area.

What We do

At FORM Body Lab we offer group and individual pilates, physiotherapy, registared massage therapy, pre & post natal pilates, and group and individual yoga classes.

Holistic Approach

At FORM Body Lab, we believe in a holistic approach to fitness and rehabilitation. With Pilates at the core of what we do, our focus is to create strong and healthy bodies that can handle all the activities you love. Pilates supports your active lifestyle by rehabilitating existing injuries, preventing new ones, increasing body awareness and control and building strength and flexibility. Through this process you’ll build strong, lean muscle and develop posture that will make you look and feel amazing!
We have an in-house team of expert Pilates instructors, physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists and yoga instructors who work together to keep you active and fit no matter what your needs may be. Whether it’s prehab, rehab or simply a desire to improve your fitness level, we’ve got you covered. Through collaboration and teamwork we ensure you reach your health and fitness goals.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

Less is more. We focus on technique and personalized attention and offer private and duet sessions by appointment only.

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage therapy has been used as a healing technique for thousands of years and is an integral part of our integrated approach to optimized health and wellbeing.
