Certified Pilates Instructor

Who you are:

  • Must be certified from a recognized Pilates certifying body
  • Must be certified in mat and apparatus (mat teachers, please email to be added to our sub list)

Registered Massage Therapist

Who you are:

  • Must be a top graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy Program and licensed to practice in British Columbia
  • Must be comfortable treating a variety of patients including injured patients.
  • Pre and postnatal therapists are a bonus!

Part-time Studio Coordinator

Reports To:
Studio Owner


Position Overview:
Our reception team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, including staff and client scheduling, client liaison, taking payments, and file management. The Studio Coordinator will support a team of well-trained and committed professionals to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction in a high-paced, professional and friendly work environment.

Providing sincere and personalized service is one of the ways our front desk colleagues are helping our team exceed expectations and create a community among our clients.

Duties will include:

  • Appointment scheduling and class coordination
  • POS processing and sales
  • Manage, maintain and organize filing system and documents
  • General studio upkeep
  • Client communications
  • Reception, greeting clients

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an administrative role, preferably in the health & wellness industry
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email and web-based applications
  • Experience with Mind Body Online is an asset but not a requirement
  • Flexible hours, including evening and weekend availability
  • Customer service experience is essential, sales experience is a plus

Physiotherapist

Current Position Available:
Form Body Lab is looking for a skilled and collaborative Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team!

Form Body Lab is a holistic clinic with a focus on integrated care. We are a highly educated team of Physiotherapists, Pilates instructors and RMTs who work together to provide an elevated, full-spectrum approach to client care.

Our ideal candidate will have a keen interest in working collaboratively with our team of Pilates instructors and RMTs, and a strong belief in the benefits of Pilates in rehabilitative, interventional and prevention-based therapy. Acupuncture/IMS certification and/or Pilates certification/experience are both great assets for this position.

As vital members of the Form Body Lab team, our Physiotherapists are primarily responsible for providing consistent, comprehensive and the highest standard of care to our clinical clients, including:

  • Meeting and assessing patients,
  • Developing and implementing goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Providing ongoing evaluation and guidance
  • Keeping meticulous client records
  • Continuing self-education
