At FORM Body Lab, the comfort and safety of our clients is our number one priority.

Please pay attention to and obey your instructor’s directions and be mindful while participating in our services.

Please turn off all cell phones and/or other electronics that may cause distraction.

Please be mindful of how loud you’re speaking and of the practice, peace of mind and space of other clients.

We do not allow unmonitored use of our equipment or spaces. Please wait until your instructor indicates she or he is ready for you before entering the studio. Private session clients may enter the equipment studio or mat studio 5 minutes before their session if there is sufficient room to stretch or use the rollers, etc. You may not start on the cadillac, reformer or chairs before your instructor begins your session.

Please respect FORM Body Lab staff and fellow students at all times.

Please treat all equipment with respect and care. If you are unsure of how to use a piece of equipment, ask your instructor before attempting on your own. For example, when moving the foot bars on the reformers, it should be silent!

Wear appropriate attire. Be mindful of the movements you’ll be performing when choosing your outfit to avoid ‘costume malfunctions’.

Your instructors will use hands on queuing to help you achieve proper form. If you are uncomfortable being touched, please let your instructor know.

Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
