OSTEO AT FORM
Ali is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner based in Vancouver, BC. She holds a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and a BA (Honours Specialization in Kinesiology) from Western University. She is also a member in good standing with Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN).
With over eight years of post-secondary education, Ali’s approach is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the interconnectedness of the body. Her treatment focuses on looking at the body as a whole, making anatomical connections between dysfunctional structures to find the cause of your discomfort. It is not just about treating symptoms, but supporting the body’s natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Her approach is patient-centred, ensuring each patient feels comfortable and supported throughout the treatment process.
As a former competitive hockey player, varsity flag football athlete, and passionate distance runner, Ali understands the importance of functional movement and the frustration that comes with pain or limitation. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, or looking to enhance your movement practice, Ali is committed to helping you move with greater ease, strength, and confidence.
