Our spacious Yaletown yoga studio offers a warm, clean and calm environment for students to come and take yoga classes. We provide everything you need to start practicing yoga in Vancouver; mats, blocks and bolsters are available to support all types and levels of yoga practice. With original hardwood floors, large cedar beams and historic brick walls, our calming, zen-like studio provides one of the most unique and inviting yoga environments in Vancouver and invites students to tune out the distractions and stresses of everyday life

At FORM Body Lab, we believe that sometimes less is more. That’s why we limit all yoga classes to fifteen students to allow for a more personal experience and individual attention from our instructors, ensuring your practice is grounded with proper technique. One-on-one and duet sessions are offered by appointment for those individuals looking to have private instruction and the daily schedule of group yoga classes offers something for everyone.
